All of our pastries are crafted in the European way from raw ingredients and made completely in-house from dough laminating, to fillings and egg wash. We carefully craft each pastry with a balance of traditional flavors and modern appeal.

Croissant Dough
Classic Butter Croissant
Our classic croissant dough is created by rolling, folding and repeating with a strict ratio of dough to butter. By the end of this process, we’ve created about 55 layers that produce the signature flakiness.
Almond Croissant
Logs of an almond paste filling called frangipane rolled inside, toasted almonds and powdered sugar on top.
Chocolate Croissant
Logs of dark chocolate rolled inside.
Ham & Cheddar Croissant
Ham, cheddar cheese, chive and black pepper rolled inside, topped with cheddar that melts and crisps on top during baking.
Croissant Knots
The scraps of trimmed croissant dough get rolled and filled with various sweet and savory goodness to create a uniquely flavored croissant that changes daily.
Cinnamon/Chai Buns
Made from croissant dough trimmings, rolled up with butter and cinnamon sugar, topped with cream cheese icing. Chai bun is rolled with butter and cardamom sugar, topped with chai icing.
Danish dough twisted around a cannoli tube creates the perfect home for a whipped filling with cream cheese, goat cheese, seasonings, herbs and black garlic.
Maple Bacon Pull Apart
Danish dough layered with chopped bacon and our signature spicy rub – a mixture of sugars and peppers. Topped with a maple royal icing.
Scones
White Chocolate & Blueberry Scone
Topped with coarse vanilla sugar for the perfect crispy finish.
Bacon Cheddar & Chive Scone
Topped with black pepper.
Cinnamon Rolls
Classic Cinnamon Rolls
A traditional fluffy cinnamon roll dough with a spiced filling and brown butter cream cheese icing.
Cookies
Earl Grey Chocolate Chip
A classic brown sugar cookie dough with earl grey tea baked inside and just the right mount of chocolate chips.
Richard's Mocha Crack Cookie
A dark mocha cookie dough with white chocolate chips folded in. A recipe trialed, tweaked and perfected by our very own Richard Chapman.
GF Peanut Butter
Three simple ingredients: peanut butter, sugar and egg in a precise ratio to create the perfect peanut butter treat.
Laminating dough refers to the process of folding butter into dough multiple times to create very thin alternating layers of butter and dough.
This is a tedious process that requires precise temperature and texture balance. The process from mixing the dough to completion of the laminating is a twelve hour process. Though similar in lamination, croissant and danish differ ingredient wise.
